Laura Barnes is the founder and creative director behind the fashion and lifestyle blog The Coffeeista. Always searching for a great cup of coffee, the Atlantic Canadian turned Toronto- based blogger combines her love of simple clean lines with a hint of texture as illustrated through her personal style, décor and creative pursuits.
After completing a decade of fashion education from Seneca College, Ryerson University and Parsons School of Design, The Coffeeista officially launched in late 2017 as a safe place to introduce seasonal trends with body positivity in mind while accompanying aspects of a well curated lifestyle (with a venti Americano in hand, of course).

Flourishing since 2017, Laura has worked with a wide range of brands all over the world including, but not limited to, Happy Size Fashion, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Change Lingerie, Anthropologie, Neostrata, Ole Henriksen, Vichy Labratories alongside being featured in Cosmopolition and People magazine for participating in the Body Love campaign.
