When it comes to baking, I’m all about creating unique flavours and designs. This week, I’m showing you how to make a classic dessert with holiday flair that’s bursting with flavour.

What you’ll need:
- 12 sugar cookies (you can make your own, or purchase some to save time. I used icebox cookies from presidents choice).
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles for decoration

Directions:
- Place sugar cookies in a food processor and process until cookies turn into fine crumbs. Add cream cheese and process again until well-combined and mixture can be pressed into a ball.
- Shape cookies into balls about 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- In medium bowl, melt white chocolate in a pot with about 1 inch of water (make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl) on low-medium heat. Stir occasionally until the chips are melted.
- Remove the cookie balls. Using a spoon or two forks, dip and roll chilled cookie balls, one at a time, in coating.
- Return to lined cookie sheet and immediately top with sprinkles.
You can store these delicious treats up to one week in a refrigerator in an air tight sealed container.

I’ll be mixing it up in the next couple of weeks and sharing with you holiday drinks and appetizers for all the holiday parties you’ll be attending and hosting! Let me know what you want to see me make, I’m always up for trying new things and sharing how I create something.
Have a great weekend loves,
