Now that the holidays are over and everyone is getting back to their routines, I’m sharing with you my favourite beauty products of December!
Over the month of December, I travelled for the Holidays and included products that were travel friendly, as well as available in bigger sizes to have on hand at home.
Garnier micellar cleansing water

Micellar cleansing water has been my go to for a few months now, and I love it! If you haven’t picked some up, I highly recommend it. I purchased a small bottle to get me through my travels, which lasted just over a month, and after almost daily use this bottle lasted me right up to the day I left! This particular brand is available in a full sized product as well- great for keeping at home, and filling up the smaller bottle whenever you need it for on the go. I’ve incorporated it into my daily wake-me-up skincare routine and my night routine when I just want to go to bed as quickly as I can!
Bite Beauty Lipstick

I’ve been wanting to try this lipstick for a while and boy did it not disappoint! This Canadian company based out of Toronto, makes gorgeous lip products you’ll want to keep applying all day. I’m particular about what lipsticks I use because I don’t like having it come off- this does come off a bit, but it’s staying power is amazing. It feels luxurious on my lips, and with a great price point I’ll be picking more up in the future.
Firstaid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream

I found this brand through a beauty blogger 4 years ago and I’ve used this product exclusively since then. I have super dry skin in the Winter and this solved my dry skin issues- one of the things I love most about this product, is how well it absorbs for being so thick. I’ve tried multiple moisturizers to combat dry skin, but this cream beat them all. They come in multiple different sizes as well so it’s easy to take it on the go, to stock up on, and to test before you make a full commitment to purchasing.
Jo Malone Cologne in Peony & Blush Suede

This is a perfume I’ve been lusting over for years, and the wait was worth it. This scent of Jo Malone is one of their most popular, and it’s easy to tell why. It’s a mix of floral and musk with an overall light smell that isn’t overpowering so you can apply it throughout the day as many times as you like. Jo Malone is a splurge, but it’s worth it. If you do want to purchase any of their products, I suggest buying the full size 100ml bottle of perfume- the 30 ml is $90 with the 100ml being $175 and being the most cost-efficient option. The counters do offer samples if you want to try before you buy, but I don’t think you’ll be long waiting before you buy.
I’m testing out more products already over the month of January and I’ll be incorporating products that aren’t so much my faves in an upcoming post.
Until Wednesday,
