This week, I’m skipping the recipe post and bringing you my November beauty favourites! This month, I’ve rounded up my favourite beauty essentials that I’ve been using on repeat, and have made their way into my daily beauty bag.
Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara

I purchased the full size version of this a while ago, and ran out. I love the formula of this product so much, I had to go out and buy another. I decided to purchase the travel size version because it’s half the cost of the full size mascara and expires the same time as the full size product. I don’t wear makeup everyday, so this is the best solution for me (the full sized version is pictured for options available).
M.A.C Matte Velvet Lipstick

I love matte lipsticks, it’s my go to choice. I purchased this lipstick while on a shopping trip with family, and I’ve kept it in rotation ever since. I’m usually not the biggest fan of M.A.C lipsticks, because as a coffee drinker they transfer easily to the cup, but this lipstick made me a believer. This lipstick doesn’t dry your lips out and has a great wear with little transfer. If you’re looking for a stocking stuffer, secret Santa gift, or a new product to keep in rotation, I highly recommend this lipstick.
Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzer

At this point, this has become a classic product and can be found in almost every make-up bag. The product is well milled and is pigmented just enough that goes on smooth. I use this product year round to give a little more definition to my face, and a little more colour. For us fair skin ladies (and men!), they’ve developed a lighter version of this cult product. One of the great things I love about this product, is it’s size- it’s compact enough to make it into my travel bag, and they also make proper travel sized version of these as well (be careful though, they’re so cute you might buy them all).
Fenty Beauty Foundation

This. foundation. is. worth. every. penny. I was a little skeptical about purchasing the foundation when it first came out, because of it’s price tag, but it’s worth it. The colour payoff is amazing and it’s buildable- so if you wear foundation for an even skin tone (like me), or are looking for full coverage then you should try this foundation. You get a lot of product and it lasts for a long time. The foundation stays in place and doesn’t become caky at all. There’s a reason why so many people are in love with this foundation, and if you want to try this product before you buy you can ask for a sample at Sephora and they’ll give you enough to make a solid decision.
Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment

Glamglow is one of my favourite skin care brands. I own multiple pots of their face masks, and they serve every purpose you would need for a mask. I was under the weather recently and used this mask to give my skin some life again, and clear out my pores- it made me bounce back and feel like a human again. If you’re looking to try out the brand, they offer travel sized versions of their potted masks and have great gift value sets.
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure

I’m one of those people that prefers having their nails painted all the time. I like doing my nails at home, it’s a therapeutic activity for me and I love that I can make a night out of it with some wine and Netflix. This nail polish has been my go to for about 3 months now- I love the formula, and the wide flat brush. It makes it easier for application, and the formula doesn’t chip that easily. I typically get almost a week out of my nail polish before I start seeing chips.
I hope you liked my November beauty favourites! I’ll see you back here in 2018 for my December beauty favourites (and my first instalment of the year).
Have a great weekend loves,
